Clay was up front, on time , and punctual with his work. I had a couple of issues that were no fault of his. He made numerous trips here and stayed on top of things until he was satisfied that everything was correct. He also followed up after his job was completed here on my 2 doors, not like the next day, he called a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was good. Our experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I was amazed that Clay answered the phone on Sunday and offered to have his guys come right out. We were fine to wait until Monday morning if they could fix our door before we needed to go back to Dallas. They were to the house at Cypress Springs before 8 Monday. They were so friendly.
